Intimacy & Wellness Coaching

For women with complex, long-term pain during sex

If intimacy feels painful, overwhelming, disappointing, or something you’ve learned to avoid, you are not alone. Many women silently carry shame or disconnection from their bodies.

As an intimacy coach, I guide women in creating a compassionate, supportive space to reconnect with themselves, heal their relationship with their bodies, and rediscover intimacy on their own terms.

Why traditional approaches often fall short

Most of us learned the mechanics and the risks of sex, but no one taught us how to feel safe in our bodies, how to experience intimacy without pressure, or how to embrace pleasure without shame.

With or without pain, many women experience quiet disappointment during sex. Societal messaging around women and pleasure is already riddled with hypocrisy and "damned if you do, damned if you don't" language.

When pain is part of the story, intimacy can feel impossible.

Sometimes we don't need more healthcare professionals telling us that if we "just follow a protocol," we will be fixed.

Because what happens if those protocols "fail" is that women internalize that they have failed.

When in reality, they were never broken to begin with. They simply haven't yet found what works for their bodies.

Sometimes we don't need more pathologizing and diagnoses, or more feelings of permanence.

We need to work with what's in front of us and let the body lead.

And ultimately, we need to recognize that we don't have to "wait to be fixed" to experience love, connection, and deep intimacy.

My story

For many years, I had severe vulvodynia and pelvic pain. Work, friendships, and hobbies felt impossible, let alone dating, sex, or discovering my life's purpose.

I tried medications, pelvic floor PT, disability permits, topicals, and even surgery. Nothing worked, and many interventions that were meant to solve my problems only made things worse. I started to feel a sense of desperation that my pain might be permanent, and for years I was in a cycle of feeling unworthy.

Change happens in slow, gentle steps. My life hit a turning point when I stopped forcing my body and started working with it, through nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and truly reimagining my relationship to intimacy. I stopped trying to measure my sex life against others.

Ironically, the less pressure I put on myself, the more pleasure I was able to experience, and my pain started to dissipate.

I discovered the truth that leads the basis of my work today: that healing begins when we recognize there are infinite ways to be intimate.

How I help you:

Hypnosis* coming soon

Hypnosis is a powerful healing modality because it bypasses the limits of the conscious mind and works directly with the subconscious, where pain responses, fear, and protective patterns often live.

Pain does not depend on what's happening in the tissues. Pain depends on what your brain thinks is happening in the body and tissues.

This is why shifting your beliefs around intimacy, pleasure, & safety is essential to healing.

Hypnosis helps reprogram old stories (“sex = penetration” or “intimacy = feeling unworthy” ) & teaches your body that intimacy can be a safe, expansive, whole-body experience.

Ironically, when intimacy feels safe again, pain can reduce significantly, and penetration may become more accessible. But in my programs, you will explore so many ways to be intimate that it's likely penetration simply becomes an option to you, not the gold standard!

This might sound “woo woo,” but clinical research shows otherwise:

  • Hypnosis is significantly more effective than talk therapy alone for pain reduction and quality of life.
  • Most chronic pain clients see meaningful improvement within 4–10 sessions, with especially strong results around 7 sessions.
  • Hypnosis is also proven effective for changing limiting beliefs and behaviors, making it a powerful tool for releasing shame, fear, and restrictive definitions of sex.

I pair hypnosis with sex coaching techniques to ensure change isn’t just theoretical, but lasting.

Coaching provides the education and reframe of intimacy; hypnosis helps your body and mind live that reframe.

Together, they get you to a place of feeling sexy, empowered, and intimate, while gently reducing pain patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of fear and frustration.

Packages are customizable depending on goals.

These are transformational programs to truly enjoy intimacy again.
