Hi, I’m Ally! I'm an Intimacy Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Hypnotist (*in training).

I combine deep coaching, somatic practices, & hypnosis to help women with long-term pain during sex reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and rediscover intimacy and pleasure from a place of confidence.

For as long as I can remember, I lived with severe pelvic pain.

At my worst, I had one of the most intense cases of vulvodynia doctors had seen: sharp clitoral and urethral pain, swelling, bladder urgency, and an inability to orgasm or be touched at all.

I couldn’t wear underwear or pants, sleep through the night, or exercise, let alone sit through a date or consider intimacy.

I tried medications, pelvic floor PT, surgery, disability permits, and endless topicals, but nothing gave me relief.

I felt like I was failing in every part of my life: failing at dating, unable to keep friendships since I couldn't leave the house, failing to improve in my PT appointments, and failing at keeping a job.

I truly understand the loneliness of an invisible condition, the pain of being misunderstood by healthcare professionals and peers, the frustration of "not feeling enough" or worthy of a relationship, the anxiety of wondering if the pain will be permanent, and the fear that every little flare up means it will get to the worst point again.

I'm here to tell you it does not have to be this way 💛

Everything in life is temporary.

My life changed when I stopped fighting my body and started working with it.

Through somatic practices, hypnosis, pleasure education, and self-pleasure exploration, I slowly began to feel sensual and safe in my body again.

I rewired my nervous system and the way I received pleasure: first feeling safe in my body, then being able to touch myself, then orgasm, then sharing intimacy with partners in ways that felt empowering instead of pressured.

I learned infinite ways I could express myself sexually.

Ten years ago, if you told me I’d be riding bikes, wearing jeans, working, and experiencing a rich sex life, I wouldn’t have believed you. But this is where I am today!

The truth is, penetrative sex still requires care if I choose it, but I no longer feel defined or limited by that. I've been given my life back, and I enjoy other forms of intimacy so deeply that penetration is an occasional option, rather than the forefront of my sex script.

When it comes to dating, I no longer waste energy on people who see sex as a “penetration highlight reel.”

Not because I don’t feel “enough” for them, or because I can't do that, but because that limited view of intimacy is no longer enough for me.

The right partners see my sex life as confident, creative, and beautiful, because I step into intimacy knowing it’s about energy, connection, and whole-body pleasure.

I help my clients experience that same freedom and confidence.

I help women break free from the idea that intimacy is “all or nothing.”

Because when we release pressure and expand our definition of pleasure, we not only reduce pain symptoms...

we reclaim our lives, our confidence, and our sense of self.

True healing comes when we realize there are infinite ways to be intimate.

Healing

No realistic coach, surgeon, or healer can guarantee a perfectly pain-free life, and if they do, they care more about selling than creating livable solutions.

What I can promise:

  • We’ll gently reduce the intensity and duration of your pain and flare-ups to get you living life again
  • You’ll learn tools to feel safe in your body instead of bracing for pain
  • You’ll gain the confidence to date and connect without shame or fear
  • You’ll discover deeply satisfying ways of intimacy and pleasure (with or without penetration)
  • You’ll come to a place where penetration is optional, not essential, so you can stop feeling broken
  • You'll feel worthy of feeling good

Healing comes from owning your sexuality as it is right now. It takes openness and a willingness to grow, but I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
