Hi, I’m Ally! I'm an Intimacy Coach and Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
I help women with long-term pain during sex reconnect with their bodies and create intimate lives that feel pleasurable, connected, and fulfilling.
For as long as I can remember, I lived with severe pelvic pain.
At my worst, I couldn't wear certain clothes, sleep through the night, exercise comfortably, or imagine sitting through a date—let alone enjoying intimacy.
I tried medications, pelvic floor PT, surgery, disability permits, and endless topicals, and while some interventions slightly helped, nothing gave me lasting relief.
I felt like I was failing in every part of my life: failing at dating, failing to improve in my PT appointments, failing at keeping a job, and worst of all, failing at feeling like myself.
I truly understand the loneliness of an invisible condition, the pain of being misunderstood by healthcare professionals and peers, the frustration of "not feeling enough" or worthy of a relationship, the anxiety of wondering if the pain will be permanent, and the fear that every little flare up means it will get to the worst point again.
What ultimately changed my life wasn't finding a perfect solution.
It was learning to stop fighting my body and start working with it.
Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and pleasure education, I slowly began rebuilding trust in myself. I learned that intimacy didn't have to revolve around pressure, performance, or a narrow definition of sex.
I stopped measuring my sex life against everyone else's.
I discovered there were infinite ways to experience pleasure, intimacy, sensuality, and connection.
Most importantly, I stopped waiting for life to begin once I was healed 💛
That realization became the foundation of my work.
Today, I help women move beyond the belief that intimacy is "all or nothing."
Because when we release pressure, expand our definition of pleasure, and learn to work with our bodies instead of against them, we stop organizing our lives around what we can't do.
We start reconnecting with what is possible.
And that's where healing, confidence, pleasure, and intimacy begin to grow.

✔ A compassionate space to discuss the emotional, relational, and sexual realities of living with pain during sex
✔ Tools to help you build greater safety, trust, and confidence in your body
✔ A deeper understanding of how pain, fear, and intimacy become intertwined—and how to begin breaking those cycles
✔ Practical exercises to discover what forms of pleasure, touch, and intimacy genuinely work for you
✔ Greater confidence communicating your needs, desires, boundaries, and limitations with partners
✔ Permission to expand your definition of sex and intimacy beyond narrow cultural expectations
✔ Support in creating a pleasurable, connected intimate life that doesn't depend on being fully healed
Healing isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about learning to work with your body's unique reality, reconnecting with your sexuality as it exists today, and recognizing that pleasure, intimacy, and connection don't have to wait for some future version of you.
